Cancellation Policy – Lumivest Innovations
At Lumivest Innovations, we take project commitments seriously to ensure efficiency, resource allocation, and timely completion. Once a service is initiated, the following policies apply:
1. No Cancellations After Production Begins
- Once work has started on website development, mobile app creation, AI integration, or any digital project, cancellations are not permitted.
- Deposits and payments made are non-refundable, as resources are allocated immediately upon project initiation.
2. Client Responsibility & Financial Commitment
- Clients must honor all payment agreements once production begins.
- Failure to complete payment obligations may result in project suspension, loss of any completed work, and additional recovery fees if reinstatement is requested.
3. Exceptions for Cancellations
Cancellations are only permitted if the client is unable to accept the completed service due to legitimate circumstances, such as:
- Legal restrictions preventing project completion.
- Unexpected business closure or insolvency.
- Force majeure events affecting the client’s ability to proceed.
4. Subscription Service Termination for Unpaid Fees
- Subscription payments must be made on time to maintain access to services.
- If fees remain unpaid for 30 days, the subscription will be terminated, and the client will lose access to subscriber-exclusive benefits and services.
By working with Lumivest Innovations, clients acknowledge these policies and agree to their enforcement, ensuring fairness, accountability, and business integrity.
